Roast chicken with multifloral honey and lemon

Pollo asado con miel multiflora y limón
With this recipe you can easily give a sweet twist to classic roast chicken. The glazed chicken with honey and lemon is a recipe that it is prepared in short time.

Ingredients (2 people)

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of multifloral honey
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In first place squeeze a lemon in a bowl and mix up it juice with the soy sauce and honey.
  2. Put the resulting sauce over the chicken breasts, previously seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. If you like, you can also add onion with garlic powder..
  4. If you put half of the squeezed lemon over the breasts you will add even more flavour.
  5. The chicken has to be baked for approximately half an hour to 180º or 200º.
  6. During this process we will spray it one or two more times with the sauce we have prepared, to give it more flavour and to avoid it from drying.
  7. You can pair the honey and lemon chicken with salad or baked potatoes,as well as persley and slices of lemon or any other seasoning that seems appropriate for you.
